Is it possible to charge with an iPad Adapter 20W, or shoudn‘t I do that, because it‘s not good for the headphones?

Great question, I believe that I read somewhere, not to use anything more than 10W. Also, with the stand for the Ace, can I leave it plugged in on the stand for charging always?
