I've connected my sonos ace to both my phone and my TV. But I can't manage to switch and get the sound from the tv.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues getting multipoint working with your Sonos Ace.

Following the steps in our support article for Pairing your Bluetooth device with Sonos Ace, when multipoint is enabled and connected to two devices, Sonos Ace will automatically swap when audio is paused from one device then started on the other. If audio is playing on both devices, it’ll continue on the current Bluetooth stream and not swap.

If this doesn’t work for you, then I would recommend submitting a diagnostics and reaching out to our support team for further troubleshooting.
