My headphones will not longer charge or turn on. It hasn't even been a week. Is there something I can do or am I totally screwed
I don’t think you’re totally screwed, but you probably should call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system, including the Ace.

Factory reset
If you want to set up your Sonos Ace like new, you can factory reset your product to clear all of its settings and previously paired Bluetooth devices.
- Make sure your Sonos Ace is powered on.
- Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button.
- While holding, plug your Sonos Ace into power.
The status light will flash white when your headphones have been reset.
Note: Sonos Ace is immediately ready to pair with a Bluetooth device when unboxed and after a factory reset.
