Ace connectivity issue with PC

I am having a problem with my Ace Headphones to connecting properly with my new PC.  They cut out and can’t keep a connection.  I have updated all of the drivers on the PC and have uninstalled the Ace from the PC.  Even did a factory reset on the headphones.  These work perfectly on both my MacBooks and my iPhone.  I am new to PC … but Sonos headphones should work with Windows, right?

Can someone help a Mac guy with a PC problem?

Just a shot in the dark but you aren’t trying still connected to the other 2 devices you mentioned, are you?  The ACE can only be connected to 2 devices at a time.  You may want to go into your Bluetooth settings on either the phone and/or the MacBooks and either disconnect or forget the headphones from those other devices.  It may be losing connection because it is prioritizing one of the other connections.
