Hi, I just got my ace and I like it. But it has a small problem: it cannot remember the volume setting. Each time I turn on it and connect to my iPhone it will go back to 50% volume, not matter the level in the last use. My comfortable volume is 30% so I need to adjust it each time I use it.

Do anyone know how to fix it? Thx.

That seems odd, although I haven’t recently used my Ace. Have you tried a factory reset of it? There was a Sonos forum moderator who suggested an upcoming update (they happen roughly every two weeks or so), perhaps that might change things?

At the end of the day, I would likely call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system

Finally I fixed. It is a iPhone problem actually. Just set ace as ‘other’ in Bluetooth or turn of iPhone headphone sound protect.

Huh. Thanks for posting back on that. Good to know it wasn’t a Sonos issue, but something in the Apple realm.
