Hallo guys I want ur advice!!

Whats ur best eq 4 ace?? Anything is good plz tell me. More info: I like deep one.

Trust your own ears, someone else's settings won't be what you need.

I have the trebel slider at the maximum and the bass slider almost to the minimum. I'm told it sounds horrid when someone else tries them.

If you tell us how your hearing is at different frequencies we’d have a chance of advising. Otherwise, as already advised, go with your ears.

Exactly, only you know what sounds “best” (to you).

If I was visiting Stanly_4 and he is playing music, I’d go out in the yard and play with pets, kids, or whatever, assuming that he doesn’t have any speakers playing out there. But, his setting is “best” for him.

It also depends on the room. If there are lots of heavy drapes, carpets, and overstuffed furniture, I would might accept his settings (or similar).

Whoa!….Let’s give @Stanley_4 a break....I’ll put a smiley face on your comment 😂

I was not criticizing. Stanley_4 often mentions his hearing loss. The goal is to enjoy the music and his adjustment helps him enjoy the music. I know another fellow who has tone controls set to max and his SUB in a rear corner, also set to max. He loves it. I set the system up for him and knew in advance those settings would be required. Fortunately, I didn’t need to hang around.

Even if you go to concert it sounds different depending on where you sit. The last orchestra concert that I attended was disappointing because a nearby wall panel would buzz at certain frequencies.

I knew you weren’t criticizing. I was just having some fun 😁

🙆

I don't adjust my speakers that far, I get similar comments from the spouse followed by "put your hearing aids in." For the Ace that send my hearing aids into howling feedback adjustment is the only option.

I do wish the Ace had more adjustability, both amount of cut/boost and a lot more bands than just bass/trebel. Given that it is all DSP based this is another "it should be easy" feature to add.

Something like my Android sound adjustments that offer a mini hearing test and base adjustments on it.
