The debacle with the software release certainly harmed Sonos, but the vast majority of users now seem to have working systems, and most functionality is restored.
I still have faith (or high hopes) for Sonos’ longevity and have added speakers to my setup. And, let’s face it, who knows what will happen to any other supplier in the future.
Thanks for your reply. There's so much uncertainty in life, in general, huh. But, I hope the different Sonos teams can really get on top of this.
