I think they will survive but they will be going through some rough waters for a little bit. Their announced headphone release may be an initial sales disappointment. Why would you buy a brand new product from a company who screwed up its controlling app?  You couldn’t even depend on it working with the current app. I was even planning on buying a couple of era 300’s but this app fiasco has stopped that purchase. In fact I am planning on leaving the Sonos system since they can’t get their software act together. I will pass my current arc, subs x2,era 100’sx2 system to a relative and let him deal with the app challenges. I plan to look at the Nakamichi Dragon and Sony systems. It’s a shame because I liked Sonos but have grown tired of their decisions. I won’t be giving any friends or family recommendations for Sonos purchases. I do hope they resolve this current app problem for all Sonos buyers

My Sonos Move stop working with the new App, a disaster. I have 5 different Sonos equipments, if it does not work again. No more Sonos…. The online support: awful
