I am just totally at my wits end with dealing with my Sonos system, the bs updates and the meaningless press releases. I’ve had the same constant problems with the app and speakers for years now. Constantly disappearing from my network, cutting out repeatedly if I can actually connect, skipping tracks, looping tracks, it goes on and on. I’ve tried replacing my router with a mesh system, no dice. I’ve tried setting up a separate Sonos network, no dice. Trying to play music in my home, on my speaker system I’ve invested thousands in, shouldn’t be such an endlessly maddening experience.

What did support say, when you called?
If I were to guess, based on the small amount of information in your post, you have some sort of network issues, but I’m not certain.
I see from your profile that you were also having these issues a year ago,
Have you tried running with SonosNet? Did Sonos support provide any help back then?
There have been recent posts from users noting stable systems and fast response to app volume changes, etc. in the recent release. What version of controller are you running?
