Used to be so great. Getting ready to throw this junk in the Ocean after I spent thousands on it. I just want to know why it sucks so bad now.

Rather than a generic post, what would you think about detailing the issues your system is experiencing, so that this community might assist you in getting it back to what your previous experience was?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

How does one describe a system that their new and improved app has made pure trash. What's to describe? The old app was 100% perfect
