Has anyone important left the Sonos team??

I like to put on music to relax, this is NO longer possible with SONOS. Frustration everywhere.
I would currently strongly advise against anyone considering a Sonos device.
The devices are among the best there are, the app to operate them THE worst there is, not to mention that what they at SONOS think of their clientele, weeks without service...
some examples? :
- my playlists, more than 40 lists, are no longer visible, only 10 are left.
- Volume control sometimes not possible.
- the different rooms are intermingled and cannot be operated.
- The visual representation of the music is delayed by up to 30 seconds.
- The system stops regularly and then restarts after 2 minutes.
- The operation is more than complicated, there is actually no starting.
-Other features such as Alarm Clock, Sleep Timer and other options such as the comfort of operating Spotify have all disappeared.
- I no longer set up a Sonos App, you can also have your speakers play music via Spotify itself, the missing features have already disappeared from the Sonos app.
