I have a pretty large Sonos system in every room in My house
I was checking to upgrade a Sonos Arc for the Sonos arc ultra.
Since there is quite a discount going on right now , I figure I’ll get .
I go to the Sonos website and set up an upgrade , the DECEIVING part is that the price of the arc ultra changed to a higher price because I am trying to use the upgrade option and then they apply the upgrade ( 15% ) that is what they do at some stores when they have a sale the night before they change the prices , so the “ Sale “ doesn’t mean anything , but for Sonos to do in such plain fashion is just a very bad business practice !!
Makes me question WHY i ever got into this Sonos system .
Very dissapointed

The T&Cs of the upgrade program make it clear the upgrade credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The “Sale” price is still applicable if you so desire, so to say it doesn’t mean anything is nonsense.

Sonos has not changed or rather raised prices. In the US there is a 20 percent discount which is higher than your upgrade of 15%. Discounts cannot be combined. So forego your upgrade discount and use the 20% off.
I just ordered a speaker set from the 30% off email. The initial discount was shown and applied in the cart.
I tnen logged in so my payment info could be retrieved from my account. At that point I was shown two additional discounts, a 30% and a15% that were available. Knowing it wasn't going to work but willing to take a chance anyway I applied the 30% upgrade discount. As expected that one was shown and the 30% sale discount was removed. I then removed the 30% upgrade discount and the 15% upgrade was automatically selected. Removing that caused the sale discount to reappear.
Sonos should make it A LOT CLEARER at the cart/checkout pages so the user clearly sees what is happening with the discounts to try to lessen the confusion.
