This seems like such a good idea, I do wish someone at Sonos would feed-back a reason to our moderators on why it isn't an option.
It doesn't bring any audio issues that the dual full Sub option doesn't, and for some rooms two small subs could be an option where a single big one would fail to get approval from the "architecture committee" that must not be angered.
