I'd call Sonos support next, give them a chance.
My Sonos all works well, my issue is how it switches from my home TV own receiver/amp. Really need to find someone local in LA. Thank you
You’re better off doing a Google search of ‘Sonos installers near me’. Sonos seems to maintain a list of installers for business accounts, but I don’t see one for personal accounts.
