Hi everyone. Since I updated my app….Trueplay decided it doesn’t wanna work anymore. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Has anymore else ran into this issue ?😅

 

currently on a 55 minute hold with customer service. But i  figured I’d still ask the question

Yup, I am in the same boat! Hopefully it will be resolved in an update soon...

Looks like the issue was resolved today. TruePlay works for me!

Yeah, I press begin tuning and nothing happens.

Trueplay STILL not working on new iphone and ipad.

 

No I won’t be buying ACE while this goes on and on…
