My Sonos had been a complete mess since May, with each update my Sonos is back and better than before May. I've experienced a lot more serious problems in my life than this. For me, it's time to move on to more important issues. I know some won't be happy until they drag all responsible over the coals. I'm done pointing fingers and only wish those responsible good luck. I'm very happy to have my music back and enjoy this great product by Sonos. I can't wait to see the rebuttals for these comments, but I don't care. I will go about my day enjoying the great sounds of Sonos.

I wish you well.  I just wish I had my SONOS back, or more specifically, I could get access to my MacBook music library, as well as all of our existing playlists.

 

By now, I assume a fix for the infamous 913 error has been released, though if so, my system isn’t picking up on it.  I’ve run enough rabbit trails and have yet to find one that works.  I’ll keep trying when time permits, but for now, I’m glad at least SOME people have got their system back, and to both Jay and the rest of them, all my best, and enjoy the music from your systems!  For those of us not yet there, that’s really all we’ve wanted since this Spring’s choice by Sonos to take it away from us.

Good to hear/read about a positive experience. I too have not experienced the “life changing” issues many have brought to bare.
