The shocking disappointment trying to order!

So, after 3 failed attempts at using PayPal, Pay in 3 on the Sonos website, I have finally got it to work. Tech company, sells WiFi stuff etc etc. You'd think ordering something would be easy? No, not if using PayPal!

I have serious doubts about my purchase, if a company this well known can't even fix their website payments it makes me worry about their products or what support there may be if something isn't right.

Anyway, I did order eventually, and followed the instructions of previous frustrated customers. If trying to use PayPal pay in 3, place your order with a credit/debit card. Then when you get to review order, edit the payment method to PayPal. No problem after that. 

Customer experience trying to get this to work is absolutely shocking, I was at the point of refusing to ever buy a Sonus product due to pure frustration. Not a PayPal issue, the payment would sit as pending every time but doesn't create an order. 

Let's hope the product is decent, or I dread to think how complicated it will be for Sonos to refund via PayPal! 

Note to Sonos - If you can't order using PayPal, either take the option off or give clear instructions on the work around. You are severely damaging your customers opinion of you.
