The new Sonos app is more than frustrating

What happened? Nothing works properly anymore. Have tried to call service support and have twice been on hold for almost an hour before hanging up in frustration. Having been a long term used of Sonos I am finally ready to throw in the towel. So sad.

What happened is they released a pre alpha app on the user base and are taking forever to fix. Zero care or regard for current owners.
