If I was in charge of this rollout I do not think a double dose of Ambien would allow me to sleep. I have put hundreds of Sonos products in customers houses for the simple reason that the interface worked flawlessly, and I knew I wouldn’t be fielding calls. there is no defending the decision to roll this out without a huge beta and months of feedback that were acted on. Their figurehead called it brave to release an app that was a step backward to allow for a great leap forward, Lets call it what it really is, a massive misjudgment that is causing damage to their amazing reputation. You are so much better than this Sonos.
