Hi everybody, this is not a question, just a comment. I read everywhere that the new app is a catastrophe, that Sonos was going to return to the previous version and now that it cannot do so. I want to say that in the beginning this app had serious problems, particularly no alarms. But now it is fine, once you know how it works. I am fully satisfied with it, and don't understand the fuss.

Really? According to your profile, you have only play1 speaker. Please use more than one and different speakers. And use multiple sources including a NAS music library. It's a multi-room system and not just a box with an app. Maybe then you'll understand. Dirk

Not everyone fills in their profiles completely - you should not make assumptions. Your two systems are actually quite comparable.

Sorry, but before I rate a system I need to know what it looks like and how I use it. Otherwise "everything's good" is just as useless as "everything's crap".

I guess I should check my profile. In fact, I have a Sonos Arc bar and two play ones linked to it to make a home cinema and music system, plus 2 other play ones in different rooms, and a Sonos Roam. Plus a Sonos Connect (an old product), that allows me to connect a vinyl turntable as  well as an old cassette player.


I forgot to mention a subwoofer gen 3, part of the home cinema and music system
