I must comment. A. I’ve been a religious Sonos customer for over 10 years. I give them to friends & family for holidays & special events. I believe in Sonos. I trust my need to have music in my life all the time to Sonos. 
 

I do not like the latest app update. For several reasons, navigation is now overly complicated. It takes way too long to load. It drops my station while I’m listening. When I change stations I have to change 2 & 3 times before my target station replaces my last station.

 

also, of the 4-5 stations I’m devoted to WBCD in Chicago has never been able to play, citing the signal isn’t correct. I actually called WBCD to inform them of this. My other stations don’t have this incompatibility issue.

Last comment, when you changed your app, I wish you gave us the option to continue using the legacy app, at least until you guys work out the bugs. 
 

im still listening. I still love SONOS. Fix this please!

 

I won't be buying Sonos again, and will get out of their equipment when I can afford to do so.


Lost one speaker on my Stereo Pair. Get an endless loop on reauthorizing Sonos Radio.  Sounds like lots of other features that I don’t use are broken.  Certainly shaken the faith of one former Sonos fan!
