Updated router... Was able to get my Sonos One connected, other 4 devices would not connect.

Called customer support, after 50 minutes of repeat instructions (with a bit more info added each time) was able to connect one more device... Trying to connect the third, I was asked to unplug the Port for a few seconds... Still didn't work... Then was told to unplug the Port and hold the button when I plugged it back in (why wasn't that requested the first time?)... Still couldn't connect... Absolute garbage, all the system had to do was recognize the new router. Too bad I'm locked into this system. Definitely a Negative.

Can you temporarily wire the units to your network? The easiest plan would have been to duplicate the old WiFi name and password on the new router. You’d still need to reboot everything on the network.

It’s not SONOS being dumb. It would be a huge security risk if you could simply power ON a new router and start using it. If this was the cast the mischievous teen next door or a drive by hacker could simply announce that they were a new router and get access to all of your data.

Which SONOS units are currently operational?

Don’t Factory Reset any units without further consult.
