Sonos has an email address to get support on the website - support@sonos.com. When you contact it though you receive a message saying that the address is no longer monitored - how useless is that?

Yeah their support page only lists the phone number and chat. (800) 680-2345
I’ve been on the phone for 45 minutes and still no agent. This has gotten out of hand!
