Anyone have any experience with placing a Sub directly on a floor that is heated with hydronic radiant tubes? Just wondering if the heat would eventually damage the speaker cabinet or inner workings.
should the Sub be insulated from the floor, or set above it?
The Sub sits on rubber feet, and I wouldn’t imagine the floor could get hot enough to damage the Sub. But if you are concerned about it, you could always add another set of isolation feet under the Sub to get it further away from the floor.
