Should Sonos offer a speaker upgrade/exchange program?
They kind of do, which is much more generous than any other speaker manufacturer I’ve run in to. But it is limited devices, and not all speakers.

If you don’t have any 30% credits, watch for sales as you can do much better than the 15% credit.
