I recently had issues with my Era 300 and Stands. The screws were worn out after 2 cycles of assembly and disassembly. For a premium brand where 1 set of Speaker and Stand costs almost 1000€ the policy is super disappinting, a lot of non premium brands are way more consumer friendly.
- Sonos does not offer replacement parts to order (am I expected to buy the whole stand because a small part is broken?)
- Installation manual does not provide helpful specs “Black Screws” (say Phillips M5 28mm PH2 Bit)
- The support is closing the chat before you could ask all your questions
