The software is still not working, lest anyone think the problems have been solved. PLEASE fix it! I have 11 of your devices throughout my home, and have for about six years. I’d really like for them to work. I wish I’d just purchased an Apple system.

Sonos can be unreliable and frustrating but it does work even if it works badly.
