Do you know if the Sonos line-in adapter works in line in on a Mac Studio. Is it possible to use it to record sound from analog source by this way. I want to be able to record a stereo analog source audio in the Mac Studio. Does it appears in mac audio menu like an audio record input ?

No, it won’t act as a line out on the Sonos to a line in on the Mac. It works as a line in to the Sonos only, and isn’t a two way device.
Because I saw a post on this forum that says it works in input record on an iPad so I was wondering if it could work on a Mac Studio. Sorry for my english
Ah, I see. You’re not trying to take a Sonos signal, just any analog signal, and take it in to your Mac.
I think you could potentially connect an analog signal to the adapter and use it to feed a digital signal to your Mac. What it won’t do is take the digital output from your Mac, and change it into an analog signal to play elsewhere.
This isn’t what it is designed for, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t provide a digital signal to the Mac. It would be up to the software on the Mac as to whether it would be able to recognize and process that signal.

If someone have the sonos line in adapter and a Mac, could you please try to do this please for me ? And tell me if when you plug the adapter, it appears in the audio menu setting of Mac OS like a record In Peripheral.
