The new app is garbage. We all know that. So does Sonos’ management. Have they rolled it back to the previous version? No. Instead they tell us it took “courage” to do this. I think it took stupidity.
There is nothing redeeming about a company that screws its customers the way that Sonos has with this new app.
After a decade and half of Sonos products, I will never buy another Sonos product nor recommend them to anyone, as long as the current management is employed.
