Sonos is hostile to its customers

The new app is garbage. We all know that. So does Sonos’ management. Have they rolled it back to the previous version? No. Instead they tell us it took “courage” to do this. I think it took stupidity.

There is nothing redeeming about a company that screws its customers the way that Sonos has with this new app. 

After a decade and half of Sonos products, I will never buy another Sonos product nor recommend them to anyone, as long as the current management is employed.

The new app is very disappointing. I created several playlists, all songs selected from the streaming service I use. Now they're all gone. And I can't see any explanation from Sonos as to why they dropped that feature.

Me too. I had a chat with a CR last week. He/she/it said they would restore this feature at some future date. That is not a satisfactory response.

I agree. the deletion of the feature in the first place makes no sense.And I can’t imagine that they didn’t anticipate the outrage it has provoked. So they just don’t care?

Please can you just give us back the old Sonos S2 app until you fix this one.
