I am sorry to hear you feel that you wish you’d never purchased your Sonos speakers in the first place! Obviously, that’s not how we want you to feel about your Sonos system.
I don’t know what issues you are experiencing - perhaps you could list them to see if we have any advice for you? - but I see that you have not contacted our support team since last July. If you are experiencing regular issues with your Sonos system, I highly recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
Perhaps one day we will have your recommendation once more.
