Sonos Exclusive 25% Discount Offer Doesn't Work?

I got this 25% discount offer (illustrated below) in the Sonos app but it never gets applied on the actual site. I got all the way to "place order" but nothing, no sign of any discount anywhere. Is this discount real or just yet another instance in an ever longer line of Sonos "app stuff that doesn't work"? If real then why isn't it being applied in any part of the purchase process?? (Yes I reached the site by clicking in-app & yes I am logged in.)

Call Sonos Sales, they are the folks who can sort that out.

My discount worked perfectly. If I´m not mistaken, there is a check box on the right middle section of the page for you to apply the discount.

Otherwise, reach Sonos Sales as Stanley_4 well suggested.

The first thing you need to make sure is that you are on the right website in your country. Then you need to be logged in.
Then you just choose the one item you want and the discount will appear automatically. At least it does with me.
