I've had a Sonos system in my house for 10 years and there are lots of reasons why I will continue with it. But the Sonos app sucks and has always sucked for the past 10 years. Why is it so bad? Why won't anyone fix it?

Because they still have some customers left although at this rate they are going to be bankrupt by June as I can’t see anyone buying a system where you can’t even edit the Q
