I recently rented a house that had Sonos throughout - I wondered if I could connect to it and within 5 minutes, had downloaded the App, connected and was playing music and controlling all 4 zones from the app. Having never used Sonos before, I’d say it was pretty intuitive and very user friendly.
If an app is intuitive is indeed based on personal preferences. The first post in this thread does not leave much room to disagree.
