After a total of approximately 6 hours and 3 days of phone calls w Sonos, 2 hours with Spectrum/Charter and 5 different techs.....My Sonos is still not connected to the wifi and closing remarks from last technician was there is an issue between Sonos 1 and Spectrum and you can Google it to read about it......I told him Sonos should read it and FIX the issue for their customers.
Anyone else have this issue?
