Need to be able to enter a custom timer like 1 1/2 hrs or a scrolling selection to chose.

+21From memory the sleep timer value has a maximum of 7200 seconds (2 hours) but cannot be accessed directly in the Sonos app.
However you can access the sleep timer using software such as Home Assistant, also if you are more of a programmer then SoCo is a good route. I gather an Apple app called Soro can do the same but you would have to check.
Edit, it might have been Apple HomeKit and not Soro that can access the timer, but you need an Apple Music subscription to test.
