Sonos constantly lies about sending return label. I’ve already contacted BBB, and they have many complaints about the same thing. 
 

I was prepared to just buy a new Sonos but then was told it would be replaced and I would receive a shipping label. Turns out it’s a scam. I will not be replacing my items. I will be selling the working ones I have and will never buy another Sonos product again. #SonosLies
