Hi, Hoping someone can shed some light on frustrating situation. I live in Canada and went to a local Visions Electronics Shop in my city. I ordered Arc Ultra, Sub G4, pair of Era 300. This was on March 11. They still have not received my order, sales guys says it was excepted on March 31st, then delayed to April 4th. I called them today and it’s still not in. He says Sonos never gives them an exact date. Is all of this normal with Sonos? Thanks

Sorry to hear you have to wait such long. 
But the only one who can help on this is Sonos sales support. So I recommend to call them directly or even better your local dealer imo should do so.
