Can anyone tell me if SONOS has a service facility in Australia?

Sonos have no official service facilities anywhere on the planet. The only unofficial one that gets a mention is sonosrepair.co.uk

+17If it repair service you are looking for, Sonos does not provide repairs or parts for repairs. You may be better off looking for an audio repair shop to see if they would take on a Sonos repair.

Many thanks. It seems that if, five years ago I paid $1200 for a SONOS set up, they could at least show some interest in ‘keeping it on the road’.
They do, by offering customer service by phone, and depending on the device, rebates on newer devices. They don’t, much like Apple, Dell, and other companies, by offering internal upgrades to their devices. Some companies offer repair services, some don’t, in tech.

Sadly, a rebate is offensive. If Ford or G.M. were to offer a similar deal on a 5 year old car, how would that be viewed. i.e. Pay $50000 for a new car, then in 5 years they offer a similar vehicle for $40000 with no rebate on the old, unrepairable
one, not likely.
