Roadmap to fix the basics?

Dear Sonos,

Please could a roadmap be shared on when consumers can expect to have just the basic in the app fixed. For the longest time the app has been largely unusable due to issues with the ability to shuffle music from YouTube Music playlists. The app selects only a handful of songs then fills the queue up to 33500 of these songs thus duplicating the song over and over and over. So you listen to the same handful of songs on continuous repeat.

Support claim to be aware of the issue but have no timeframes to fix. Customers need to know if and when the app will be fixed, so they can decide to stick with the platform or flog it (if there are any willing buyers).

Why develop new, great, hardware when this hardware is rended useless due to a buggy unusable app?

Hoping too that 200 new developers will be hired to speed up the delivery of some really critical fixes required.

Kind Regards, a previously loyal customer of almost a decade, with significant investment of hardware gathering dust.

Wow, sadly the shuffle issue is not listed as planned or scheduled for fixing. So 9 hardware doorstops (great sound) just gathering dust and unusable.

Hire 200 new developers?  They just laid off 200 more employees.  And still not a word from the acting CEO for weeks.  Not a good sign.
