My Sonos Roam stopped turning on, and Sonos agreed to replace it. I sent the unit back in a month ago, and still have received no updates. I can’t get anyone on chat, and I waited for 20 minutes on hold via the phone and eventually gave up.

If you search the community you will find threads with many people having similar CS issues. They seem to have an issue where some people fall through the cracks. A moderator here may take notice and help you out. If not, you’ll have to get in contact with CS probably several times to get it resolved unfortunately.
