Reverse Upgrade Credit

I live in Australia and have ZP100 and ZP80 units that I would like to upgrade to 4 Amps under Upgrade Program. I have an upgrade credit on Sonos.com, but when I try to buy products on Sonos.com shop it is designed for US purchasers only.

I have now found out that there is an in-store upgrade program in Australia, but to take advantage of this, I have to reverse the credit on Sonos.com. How do I do this?

The Sonos upgrade program is available through Sonos.com in Australia, not just the US. You may have been looking at the US store accidentally.

Here’s a link to the Australian store where you can take advantage of your upgrade credit. Just be sure to sign in with your Sonos account before purchasing so the upgrade credit is available to you. :slight_smile:
