Replacing Sonos with a different product

The Sonos app has rendered my system practically unusable. Any one know of a different product to replace my Sonos system with? I can't even get support, they keep me on the phone forever only to tell me I have to wait for whatever updated to the app that will fix the problems.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the Sonos App.

There have been several updates since the launch of the new Sonos App and I understand how it can be frustrating.

Could you please give us some more information in regards to the issues you are facing?

On most days when trying to load the app it doesn’t even find my system. If it does find my system it usually doesn’t allow me to select which room I want to play music in. If by chance I get music playing it will lock me out so I can’t change songs pause or even stop the music. I have been on with support on two occasions each for a very long, over an hour,  time trouble shooting, adjusting settings, restarting the system all of which failed to address the issues.
