Hello there, I have a Sonos roam. I am in Greece, and have a new router and a new password here. I need to get up and running again. I have downloaded the app to my iPhone again, but can’t seem to download it to my MacBook, and then enter the new password here. Can you help me?

Have you tried setting your new router to use the old router’s SSID and password, that should eliminate the need to change your Sonos settings.
Oh dear, that’s a great idea. Unfortunately, too late. Thank you and I will remember that if there’s a next time! Still trying to get things to work over here.
Why is it too late? You can just put your old SSID and password into the new gear.
