While watching a football game last night on Arc + surrounds and Sub, the audio portion stopped and this random image and sound began to play (image) I saw it was Apple Music, however this is not in my music collection nor have ever played it. It appeared out of nowhere and I was not able to return to game until shut off the TV and closed Sonos app and waited a few minutes. Or it may gone away on its own? I would like to know how or what causes this phenomenon?

Usually something you are not thinking of has started that playback, maybe a forgotten device setting or someone on your LAN.
When it happens submit a diagnostic and call Sonos support as they can look at it and usually tell you who/what started that.

I also changed access settings in ATV to “only persons in my home.”
