In a previous exchange, you answered that music platforms (not Sonos) are in charge of developping their integration within Sonos App.

Is this True? The point is: I don't care.

As a consummer, if I cannot live the same experience on Sonos app as on Qobuz app, I will ditch Sonos a million times before bidding farewell to Qobuz.

Do you see my point? Marketing professionals call this consummer experience.

So you bought in to Sonos and could have known how Sonos operates: the content provider is responsible for how the integration works. But you keep pointing to Sonos and not Qobuz? Have you even asked Qobus? What was their answer?

As for the “or the bunny gets it”-approach, selling your Sonos devices is up to you of course.

If you truly don’t care who is to blame, you would complain to Qobuz, not Sonos.  Seems you actually care more about blame than you do about fixing things, otherwise, why complain to Sonos, who could not fix it if they wanted to?
