perfection to disaster

disappointed! 

I soend  too much time messing around with this.  

it cost me $$$ to use this product

          I think the only help people are seeking when posting a complain message about the new app  in this general conversation forum is being read from the smarter employees at Sonos (you know, the ones that have been locked in some basement by the new app gurus) to help them convince their colleagues that  Sonos is in a wrong way.
