These halfwits can’t even get the apology right - I just received an email from Sonos (which I assume is the apology) with no subject - and all it contained was a picture of Patrick Spence’s signature ????? 
 

 

And yes I know I’ve misspelled ‘apology’ in the title of this subject - I was so angry about receiving this nonsense that I didn’t stop to check it before I hit the send button and now I can’t change it …… a bit like Sonos with the new app….. 


Yep, same for me. No subject and image of signature. 

Tech seems to gone badly wrong. 


How do we ensure Patrick Spence does NOT receive his annual bonus??!!
