I received my Beam Gen 2 sound bar last week. The adhesive tape securing the inner bag was applied over the top of the sound bar as the bag was not completely closed before the adhesive tape was applied. I am now faced with the task of removing the residue without further marking the matt black surface. Sonos factory in too mush of a rush packing these properly out for Christmas.

I’d call Sonos Support and register a complaint before I chanced damaging the finish and not being able to get it replaced under warranty.
