Hi Sonos,

I have been a loyal customer and strong supporter of your products for many years. Now you are telling me that a number of my products are incompatible with your Sonos S2 and needs to be replaced or moved to a separate system that no longer will be supported. This is a huge disappointment to me and causing me to lose my trust and appreciation of your brand. I’m not expecting you to change your strategy, and I will follow your recommendation and update my system (with a brand that I can trust and admire), but I will for sure NOT spend more money on Sonos and I will STOP promoting Sonos to my friends.

It is still supported, it gets security updates and bug fixes.

I think Windows Vista was the current Microsoft opsys when the Sonos app that’s now called S1 was released. Does Microsoft still support Vista?

It is still supported, it gets security updates and bug fixes.

And still does everything it did when you bought the speakers. In fact, more.
