Nothing about Sonos is good or works correctly

The physical speakers are the only thing that are good; and Bose would be just as good. Where’s the thread on a class action suit? Amazing how horrible the Sonos apps are (phone and  desktop). System is basically unusable as 1000% inconsistent. So many screwed up aspects to all of it anymore, it’s hard to determine where to start and where to end when it comes to all the things it doesn’t do that it should, and does what it’s not supposed to, and how neither of the apps work 75% of the time (and that’s generous). Feel bad for the people who work there. -- because of how horrible the system has become and a total waste of money. So frustrating, and NO customer service support NOR systems support, of course.

No Sonos Support at all? Seems odd, they’ve been exemplary each time I’ve needed to call in. 

 Not sure what ‘systems support’ is. And there’s certainly a robust user community, that Sonos maintains, and you posted on. 

If you tell us what is happening with your Sonos in detail, we might be able to figure it out. We don’t have access to the same data as the ‘non-existent’ Sonos Support folks do, though.

What grounds would you have for a class action?
What are your issues with the apps?

What is 1000% inconsistency?

What things should it do that it doesn’t?

What things does it do that it shouldn’t?

Neither of the apps work 75% of the time is contradictory to your 1000% inconsistency. So which is it?

So if it’s a total waste of money why did you invest?

No customer service support? Have you ever called to discuss your issues?

What systems support are you referring to?

Answer the above questions and maybe we can assist. At the moment your post is just a bunch of ????

Based on my past several class actions, do you think we'd get $0.18 for every Sonos we own or  1% discount voucher for our next Sonos purchase?

I did have one big winner, got a $14.37 debit card number by email. Finding someplace that would accept it burned more time than it was worth, finally dumped it on a donation site.
